These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Woodworking.Monster. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
About Woodworking.Monster
Woodworking.Monster is a service of Thirstier, a DBA of Immix Tachyon Synergy Network LLC (“Woodworking.Monster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The website curates woodworking videos, articles, project ideas, commentary, and other information from our own materials and independent creators and publishers.
Informational and educational purposes
Content is provided for general information, education, and inspiration. It is not a substitute for professional instruction, engineering advice, building-code advice, legal advice, medical advice, or a manufacturer’s directions. Techniques, measurements, materials, and tool settings that work in one situation may not be appropriate in another. You are responsible for evaluating content and deciding whether you have the knowledge, equipment, workspace, and assistance needed to perform a task safely.
Woodworking and tool safety
Woodworking involves sharp tools, moving machinery, electricity, dust, noise, finishes, solvents, adhesives, heat, heavy materials, and other hazards that can cause property damage, serious injury, illness, or death. Before beginning any project:
- read and follow all manufacturer instructions and warnings;
- use appropriate guards, push devices, ventilation, dust collection, hearing protection, eye and face protection, respiratory protection, and other personal protective equipment;
- disconnect power before adjustments, maintenance, or blade changes;
- keep children, visitors, loose clothing, hair, jewelry, and distractions away from hazards;
- check applicable laws, permits, codes, and workplace requirements; and
- seek qualified, in-person instruction when you are uncertain.
Never rely on a video or article as your only safety instruction. Do not copy an unsafe act simply because it appears online. You assume responsibility for your tools, materials, methods, workspace, and results.
Independent sources and embedded content
Many posts identify, summarize, link to, or embed material from independent creators, YouTube channels, publishers, and websites. Those parties control their original services and content. Attribution, embedding, linking, or discussion does not mean that the creator sponsors or endorses Woodworking.Monster, and it does not mean that we endorse every statement, product, or method shown by the creator.
Automated tools may help locate, import, categorize, or display material. Automated processing can make mistakes. Source titles, descriptions, thumbnails, availability, and links may change without notice. When available, use the original-source link to review the creator’s complete material and current information.
Intellectual property
The Woodworking.Monster name, site design, original text, original graphics, compilations, selection, arrangement, and other original site materials are owned by us or used with permission and are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law. Some artwork may include computer-assisted or AI-generated elements; rights in those elements may differ from rights in human-authored selection, arrangement, editing, text, audio, and other contributions.
Third-party videos, articles, images, trademarks, names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Your use of third-party material is governed by the owner’s terms and applicable law.
You may view and print reasonable portions of the website for personal, noncommercial use. Unless applicable law permits it or we give written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, systematically download, remove attribution from, or create a competing collection from our original site materials.
Comments and other submissions
If the website allows comments or other submissions, you retain any ownership rights you have in your material. You give us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute the submission as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, archive, and improve the website.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the material and that it does not violate these Terms or another person’s rights. Do not submit confidential information. We may moderate, refuse, edit for formatting, restrict, or remove submissions at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a complaint.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immix Tachyon Synergy Network LLC, Thirstier, Woodworking.Monster, and their owners, managers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website, content, tools, materials, projects, external services, or other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Immix Tachyon Synergy Network LLC, Thirstier, Woodworking.Monster, and their owners, managers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
Changes, availability, and termination
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website and may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Continuing to use the website after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms. We may restrict access for conduct that violates these Terms or threatens the website or others.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any court proceeding that is not subject to a different mandatory venue will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Washington.
Severability and entire agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and us concerning use of Woodworking.Monster.
